The Mark at Wildwood provides ample parking for residents, including the convenience of available garages for protected vehicle storage. To support our eco-conscious residents, we also feature on-site EV charging stations.

While the Oxford area is primarily car-dependent, residents have access to local transit options provided by Sumter County Transit for regional travel. The community’s proximity to US-301 and CR-466 also ensures a smooth commute to nearby shopping centers and employment hubs.

Our community is served by the Sumter County School District. The closest schools for our residents are Wildwood Elementary School, Wildwood Middle High School, and the nearby Villages Charter School. Please note that school attendance boundaries may change, and residents should contact the school district directly to confirm current assignments.
